Regulations as to inquiries, formal investigations and appeals
(1)
The Minister may make regulations for the conduct of inquiries under section 117 and of formal investigations under section 119 and for the conduct of any re-hearing under section 120 which is not held by the High Court.
(2)
Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), regulations made under this section may provide for the appointment and summoning of assessors, the manner in which any facts may be proved, the persons allowed to appear, and the notices to be given to persons affected.
