Clause 37

Penalty for not showing colours

(1)

A Singapore ship shall hoist the proper national colours on entering or leaving any port.

(2)

If the master of a Singapore ship fails without reasonable cause to comply with this section, he shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000.
