Offences committed by certain other persons
Where a person goes to sea in a ship without the consent of the master of the ship or of any other person authorised to give it or is conveyed in a ship in pursuance of section 85(4)(a), section 77(1)(b) and (c) shall apply as if that person were a seaman employed on the ship.
