Clause 34

Power of Board to remit penalties and restore goods seized or forfeited

The Board may direct the remission or refund of the whole or any part of any penalty incurred or imposed under this Act or any regulations made thereunder and the restoration of the whole or any portion of any goods or articles seized or ordered to be forfeited under this Act or any regulations made thereunder to any person from whom they have been taken.
