Clause 42

Levy, fees and other charges

(1)

Without prejudice to any other remedy, any levy, fees or other charges payable under this Act or any regulations made thereunder, may be recovered as a debt due to the Board.

(2)

The Board may, in its discretion, direct the remission or refund of the whole or any part of any levy, fees or other charges payable under this Act or any regulations made thereunder.
