Clause 104

Engagement of unlicensed gas service worker prohibited

Any person who —

(a)

engages any person who is not a licensed gas service worker to perform or cause to be carried out; or

(b)

offers or undertakes to carry out,any gas service work (other than the gas service work specified under section 99(2)) shall be guilty of an offence.
