Restoration of supply without consent
Any person who, without the consent of a public licensee, restores a supply of electricity or gas to any premises where such supply has been discontinued by the public licensee in the exercise of its powers under this Act or the regulations shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or to both and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $250 for every day during which the offence continues after conviction.
