Clause 111

Any person who at any time hinders, obstructs or molests any employee, agent or contractor of the Board or a public licensee in the performance and execution of its duty or of anything which they are respectively authorised, empowered or required to do under this Act, the Electrical Workers and Contractors Licensing Act [Cap. 89] or any regulations made thereunder, respectively, or removes any mark set up for the purpose of indicating any level or direction necessary to the execution of works authorised by this, Act, shall be guilty of an offence.
