Transfer of employees of Board to successor companies
(1)
As from the appointed day, such persons employed immediately before that day by the Board as the Board may determine shall be transferred to the service of such successor company as the Board may determine on terms no less favourable than those enjoyed by them immediately prior to their transfer.
(2)
Until such time as contracts of service are drawn up by the successor companies, the schemes and terms and conditions of service in the Board shall continue to apply to every person transferred to the service of the companies under subsection (1) as if he were still in the service of the Board.
