Clause 15

Subject to subsection (2), every registered contact lens practitioner shall notify the Registrar of any change in his residential or business address within 14 days of such change.

Where a registered contact lens practitioner who has changed his residential address makes a report of the change under section 8 of the National Registration Act [Cap. 201] within 14 days thereof, he shall be deemed to have notified the Registrar of the change in his residential address in compliance with subsection (1).
