3. All provisions of the Parking Places Act [Cap. 214] and any subsidiary legislation made thereunder.

4. All provisions of the Rapid Transit Systems Act 1995 and any subsidiary legislation made thereunder.

5. All provisions of the Road Traffic Act [Cap. 276] and any subsidiary legislation made thereunder which are carried out or administered by the Registrar of Vehicles.

6. All provisions of the Street Works Act 1995 and any subsidiary legislation made thereunder.
