Clause 2

Section 2 of the Singapore Academy of Law Act (referred to in this Act as the principal Act) is amended by deleting the words “a judge of the Supreme Court” in paragraph (a) of the definition of “judge of the Supreme Court” and substituting the words “a judge of the High Court or as a judge of Appeal”.
