Clause 7

Section 9 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsections (1) and (2) and substituting the following subsections:“(1) The Senate may meet at such times and places as the Senate or the President may determine.(2) A majority of the members of the Senate shall constitute a quorum for any meeting of the Senate.”.
