Amendment of section 39

Section 39(2) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting “181/2%” in the tenth line of paragraph (ea) and substituting “20%”; and

(b)

by deleting “$13,320” wherever it appears in paragraph (ea) and substituting in each case “$14,400”.
