Amendment of section 68

Section 68(2) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “deliver” in the second line, the words “to the Comptroller or any person specified in the notice”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “the prescribed form” in the fourth line and substituting the words “such form as the Comptroller may determine”.
