Amendment of section 34
Section 34 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “futures market positions” in the third and fourth lines of subsection (2), the words “and all open positions in foreign exchange trading and leveraged foreign exchange trading”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “otherwise” in the second line of subsection (6), the words “, removal of an auditor by the Authority,”.
