Amendment of section 45
Section 45 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “futures market” in the fourth and in the eighth lines of subsection (1), the words “or foreign exchange market”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “information” in the second line of subsection (2), the words “in relation to trading in futures contracts”.
