Amendment of section 2
Section 2(1) of the Patents Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the semi-colon at the end of the definition of “scientific adviser” and substituting a full-stop; and
(b)
by deleting the definitions of “services of the Government” and “use for the services of the Government”.
