Amendment of section 76
Section 76 of the Employment Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “ordinary rate” in the twelfth line of subsection (1) and in the fourth line of subsection (3) and substituting in each case the words “gross rate”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “pay” in the fifth line of subsection (3), the words “at the gross rate of pay”.
