Clause 37

Proceedings conducted by officers of Board

Proceedings in respect of an offence under this Act or any regulations made thereunder may, with the consent of the Attorney-General, be conducted by an officer of the Board who is authorised in writing in that behalf by the Chairman or the chief executive.
