Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Advance Medical Directive Act 1995 and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.(2) This Act shall not apply to any act done or any directive or instrument made or executed before the commencement of this Act.
