Amendment of section 3

Section 3(1) of the Government Securities Act (referred to in this Act as the principal Act) is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (a), the following paragraph:“(aa)all sums representing the proceeds of loans raised under the Local Treasury Bills Act [Cap. 167] on or after the commencement of the Local Treasury Bills (Amendment) Act 1995;”.
