Clause 108

Exemption from distress and attachment of property of Authority

When any apparatus, fixture or fitting belonging to the Authority is placed in or upon any premises not being in the possession of the Authority for the purposes of carrying out the functions of the Authority, such apparatus, fixture or fitting shall not be subject to distress nor be taken in execution under process of any court or any proceedings in bankruptcy against the person in whose possession it is.
