Clause 45

Port Master may require vessel in transit in the port or approaches thereto to provide information

(1)

The Port Master may at any time require the owner or master of any vessel which is in transit in the port or the approaches thereto to provide him with such particulars of the vessel, its cargo and equipment as the Port Master may determine.

(2)

Any owner or master of a vessel who fails to comply with subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000.
