Constitution of Authority
(1)
The Authority shall consist of —
(a)
a Chairman; and
(b)
not less than 2 nor more than 11 other members as the Minister may from time to time determine.
(2)
The First Schedule shall have effect with respect to the Authority, its members and proceedings.
