Clause 85

Direction affecting public licensee

(1)

The Authority may give directions for or with respect to standards of performance and procedures to be observed by public licensees and other persons —

(a)

to ensure the reliability of the supply of marine services and facilities or port services and facilities, as the case may be, to the public; or

(b)

in the interests of public safety.

(2)

Any person who fails to comply with any direction given under this section shall be guilty of an offence.
