Clause 18

Consequential amendment to the State Immunity Act

Section 13 of the State Immunity Act [Cap. 313] is amended by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (a), and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(aa)any goods and services tax; or”.
