Amendment of Third Schedule
The Third Schedule to the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting Article 2 and substituting the following Article:“2CONVEYANCE — Article No. 10 (a)Article 10 (a), (b) to (g) The grantee or transferee.(b)Article 10 (aa) The grantor, transferor or lessor.”; and
(b)
by deleting paragraph (b) of Article 4 and substituting the following paragraph:“(b)Counterpart or Duplicate The lessor unless the lessor is liable to pay stamp duty under Article 2.”.
