Amendment of section 14
Section 14(2) of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “premises” in the second line, the words “or in any public place”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “premises” in the fourth line, the words “or proceed to the public place”.
