Amendment of section 8

Section 8 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “General Manager” in the second line and substituting the words “Chief Executive”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “General Manager” in the marginal note and substituting the words “Chief Executive”.
