Amendment of section 43
Section 43 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “section 74” in the first line of subsection (9) and substituting the words “section 80”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after subsection (10), the following subsection:“(11) For the purpose of estimating the value of any movable property belonging to the owner of a flat under subsection (5), a Town Council may, by its employees or agents, enter upon the flat to carry out such valuation at any reasonable time after giving notice to any occupier of the flat.”.
