Clause 14

Section 62 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (4), the following subsection:“(5) A principal election agent for a group of candidates shall be appointed by the candidates from amongst their election agents and the provisions of this section relating to the appointment and revocation of appointment of an election agent and public notification thereof shall apply, with the necessary modifications, in respect of a principal election agent.”.
