Clause 15

by deleting the words “The election agent” in the first line of subsection (1) and substituting the words “Subject to subsection (1A), the election agent”; and

by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) In the case of a group of candidates, only the principal election agent of the group shall appoint every polling agent on behalf of the group of candidates at an election and shall inform the presiding officer at each polling station in writing of the name of the polling agent or agents appointed to act at that station before the person is admitted to the station.”.
