Amendment of section 47C
Section 47C(1) of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraphs:“(a)whilst under the influence of drink or of a drug or an intoxicating substance in contravention of section 67(1)(a);
(b)
whilst he has so much alcohol in his body that the proportion of it in his breath or blood exceeds the prescribed limit in contravention of section 67(1)(b); or”; and
(b)
by re-lettering the existing paragraph (b) as paragraph (c).
