Clause 5

Section 62 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsections (2) and (3) and substituting the following subsections:“(2) A person who has attained the age of 16 years but who is under the age of 18 years shall not drive a motor vehicle other than an invalid carriage on a road.(3) A person who has attained the age of 18 years but who is under the age of 21 years shall not drive a heavy locomotive, light locomotive, motor tractor or heavy motor car on a road.”.
