Amendment of section 64

Section 64(1) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting “$1,000” in the eighth line and substituting “$3,000”;

(b)

by deleting the words “6 months” in the ninth line and substituting the words “12 months”;

(c)

by deleting “$2,000” in the eleventh line and substituting “$5,000”; and

(d)

by deleting the words “12 months” in the last line and substituting the words “2 years”.
