Amendment of section 27
Section 27 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “section 25(1)(a)” in the fifth line of subsection (1), the words “and any condition imposed on the practising certificate”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “subsection (1)” in the second line of subsection (2), the words “or with respect to the status of his practising certificate, including as to whether it has ceased to be in force under section 26(4)”.
