Clause 1

Short title, commencement and application

This Act may be cited as the Supply of Goods (Amendment) Act 1996 and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.(2) This Act shall have effect in relation to contracts for the transfer or hire of goods made on or after (but not to those made before) the commencement of this Act.
