Amendment of section 23
Section 23 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “section 22” in the fourth line of subsection (1), the words “or 38A”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “a period of 3 years from the date of their respective appointments” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “such period as may be determined by the Minister”.
