Repeal and re-enactment of section 49
Section 49 of the principal Act is repealed and the following section substituted therefor:“Names of buildings, estates or streets49.—
(1)
The Minister may determine the name by which any building, estate or street shall be known, and may alter the name of any building, estate or street.(2) The Comptroller may cause the name of any building, estate or street to be painted, or otherwise marked, in a conspicuous position on any house, building or erection in or near that building, estate or street, and from time to time alter or renew the name.”.
