Amendment of section 72

Section 72 of the Women’s Charter is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “this Part” wherever they appear in subsection (1), the words “and Part VIA”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(3) A court before which any application under this Part or Part VIA is heard may make such order as to costs as it thinks fit.”.
