Amendment of section 83
Section 83(1) of the Women’s Charter is amended —
(a)
by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)fails to comply with section 77(1) or (4) or section 79, or an order of a court under section 78(1);”; and
(b)
by deleting “$1,000” in the twelfth line and substituting “$2,000”.
