Clause 21

Section 122 of the Women’s Charter is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (3), the following subsection:“(3A) The court may, if it thinks fit, order a parent to pay maintenance for the benefit of his child who is 21 years of age or above and is unable to maintain himself.”.
