Amendment of section 26

Section 26 of the Women’s Charter is amended —

(a)

by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection:“(1) The Registrar shall keep a State Marriage Register as prescribed by this Act or the rules made thereunder.”; and

(b)

by deleting subsections (2) and (4).
