New section 12A
The principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 12, the following section:“Power to issue directives12A. After an inspection or investigation made under section 12, the Authority may require a licensee to take any action or to do or not to do any act or thing whatsoever in relation to his business as the Authority may consider necessary.”.
