Amendment of section 12
Section 12 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “or document” in the sixth line of subsection (1) and substituting the words “, document or record”;
(b)
by deleting the words “or document” in the second line of subsection (2)(c) and substituting the words “, document or record”; and
(c)
by deleting “$2,000” in the last line of subsection (2) and substituting the words “$5,000 and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine of $1,000 for every day during which the offence continues after conviction”.
