Amendment of section 5

Section 5 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraphs (b), (c) and (d) of subsection (1) and substituting the following paragraphs:“(b)the Chief Executive; and

(c)

10 other members to be appointed by the Minister.”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “subsection (1)(d)” in the second line of subsection (2) and substituting the words “subsection (1)(c)”.
