Clause 11
Time limit for compliance with permit condition
(1)
For the purposes of this Act, if —
the Director specifies the day on or before which a permit condition relating to a Basel or special permit is to be complied with; and
the condition is not complied with on or before that day,the holder of the permit is to be taken to have breached the condition at the end of that day.
(2)
For the purposes of this Act, if —
under a set of Article 11 regulations, the Minister specifies the day on or before which a permit condition relating to a special permit is to be complied with; and
the condition is not complied with on or before that day,the holder of the permit is taken to have breached that condition at the end of that day.
