Amendment of section 13

Section 13 (1) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “5 years” in paragraph (p) and substituting the words “10 years”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “Minister” in the second line of paragraph (v), the words “or such person as he may appoint”.
