Conservation areas
(1)
Where in the opinion of the Minister any area is of special architectural, historic, traditional or aesthetic interest, the Minister may approve under section 8 a proposal to amend the Master Plan to designate the area as a conservation area.
(2)
A conservation area may comprise —
(a)
an area;
(b)
a single building; or
(c)
a group of buildings.
